Dixie Agostino has a BSBA from OSU with a focus in marketing. Her background in operations, logistics and employee management transitioned into a career in recruiting, her lifelong passion. She started Switchgear in 2009, a firm specializing in recruiting top technical talent for the energy, manufacturing and engineering industries. Through her experience with hundreds of companies in Oklahoma, she is an expert in company culture, talent acquisition and continuous improvement methods.
