Any suggestions...
I am looking for a software program for employee info. I checked out Great Plains software for HR and several years ago I used ACCURA systems at another company. I like the easy use of ACCURA, but it lacked all I need. What I would like is to have a software to input employee personal info, benefits, salary history, dependents info, COBRA, FLMA, comments section; to have reports in EXCEL format, print labels, letters, etc. In other words make my HR life easier when I don't have access to the personnel files or I need to compile info for a report.

We are using ADP HR Expert. ADP has great customer support, training programs, and its tied to our payroll software so it makes things a little easier. Cost is lower also because of the bundle. However, I wouldn't say I would recommend it...would prefer a more robust system. Am interested in seeing what other resources others share on this topic.
