Felicia Collins Correia, YWCA - Chief Executive Officer 
Felicia Collins Correia has been the Chief Executive Officer of the YWCA Tulsa since December 2006. She previously served as the Executive Director of Tulsa's Domestic Violence Intervention Services, Inc., a position she held for 18 years. Ms. Collins Correia, a native New Yorker, earned her Masters of Social Work and Masters of Public Health degrees from Columbia University.
Ms. Collins Correia has received numerous awards for her work to end domestic violence and her non-profit leadership, including the Tulsa Chapter Women In Communications Newsmaker Award; the Status of Women Service Award from the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.; the Sunshine Peace Award, which is offered biannually through the Sunshine Lady Foundation with the support and assistance of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence; selection as one of the eight Outstanding Women of the Year for 1998 by Tulsa Woman News; and the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Public Advocacy from the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women and The Tulsa Women's Foundation.
Alison Anthony, Williams - Director of Diversity & Community Relations & President of Williams Foundation 
Alison Anthony joined Williams in 1999, and previously served in roles at the company as manager of diversity, human resources business partner, consultant for performance management and leadership development, and director of Employee Relations. Alison's previous professional experience includes work in the staffing industry, as well as in higher education at Oklahoma State University.
Alison is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and demonstrates that commitment in both her professional and personal life. The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women honored Alison with the Pinnacle Award in 2007 for significant contributions toward improving the status of women in the community and for taking risks on behalf of others. Her current community involvement includes serving on the board of directors for the Oklahoma State Human Resources Council, The Tulsa Ballet, and Planned Parenthood of Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. Alison also serves on the Tulsa Reaches Out Advisory Committee and the Fine Arts Advisory Board for Tulsa Public Schools.
Alison is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has a bachelor's and master's degree in English. She is also a member of the 23rd class of Leadership Tulsa.
Greg Hinton, US Cellular - Chief Diversity Strategist 
Greg has been in the field of human resources for the last twenty-eight years. His areas of expertise are in staffing, EEO, diversity, management development, employee relations, policy development and compensation. He has worked at major corporations like R.R. Donnelley, Amtrak, Pepsi-Cola, Abbott Laboratories and now U.S. Cellular. John Rooney, U.S. Cellular Chairman and Chief Executive Officer has attributed much their success in Diversity to Greg by saying, "Greg has helped us see Diversity/Inclusion is the most sensible way to approach our business."
Greg has set on various boards including The League of Black Women, Athletes against Drugs, Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, Chicago Minority Business Development Council, Chicago State University Foundation, Employment Management Association, Staffing.org, and Recruiting Roundtable/CLC - Corporate Advisory Board. He has also lectured at University of Illinois, N.I.U., Loyola University as well as the SHRM and EMA National Conferences. He has also presented at various local chapters of NSN, BDPA, NBMBAA, NSHMBA, NABA and different Urban League affiliates.
In addition to his professional achievements, Greg founded a local human resources organization called the Chicago Association of Minority Recruiters (C.A.M.R.), designed to meet the development needs of minority human resources professionals. This organization has over 300 members and has been instrumental in furthering the careers of its members.
Greg has an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and a Master's degree from Loyola University - Chicago, along with scores of certificates and awards. In his spare time he volunteers to help raise funds for various community and social justice organizations.
Risha Grant, Xposure Inc - President & Chief Executive Officer 
In 2004, Risha Grant created Xposure, Inc., as a small business-focus firm. By 2008, she sharpened Xposure's focus to specialize in diversity, publishing a diversity magazine and serving diversity PR clients. The company's mission is "to be the answer to the disconnect between minority and mainstream communities." This communications entrepreneur has served national and local clients including American Airlines, NetCom Solutions, Inc., Langston University and AEP/PSO. Previous speaking engagements include: Entrepreneurs of Tulsa, Leadership Tulsa, Journal Record's Diversity Leadership Breakfast, Students in Free Enterprise and Tulsa Library's Small Business Series.
Tony Alonso, Tulsa Community College - Dean of Diversity & Civic Engagement 
Tony has worked in education for thirty-six years; He has worked as a teacher, counselor and administrator. As Dean of Diversity and Civic Engagement at Tulsa Community College, Tony has increased student of color-underrepresented population from 2,739 to 8,205 minority students over the past ten years. Tony oversees the College's Student Outreach/Community Outreach Program which provided the Tulsa community with 71,320 hours of service representing an estimated savings of $1.3MM in one year.
Tony has received numerous awards throughout his career. Some recent awards include the American Red Cross/Maurice Willows Humanitarian Award, NAACP Tulsa Youth Council Freedom Fund Banquet Extra Mile Award, Image Builder Award, North Tulsa Small Business Group Community Commitment Award, and Tulsa NAACP Youth Council Community Award.
Tony was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the United States as a political refugee in 1961. He earned his Bachelors in Education from the University of Tulsa and his Masters in Education from Oklahoma State University. Currently, Tony is working on his Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University.
Hannibal Johnson, Esq., Author, Attorney, Consultant 
Hannibal B. Johnson is a graduate of Harvard Law School. He did his undergraduate work at The University of Arkansas, where he completed a double major in economics and sociology. Johnson is an attorney, author, and independent consultant. Johnson has also served as an adjunct professor at The University of Tulsa College of Law, Oklahoma State University, and the University of Oklahoma. He currently serves on the Oklahoma Advisory Committee for the United States Commission on Civil Rights, and as a member of the board of directors of the Oklahoma
Department of Libraries. Johnson is the director of Anytown, Oklahoma, a statewide human relations camp for teens sponsored by The Oklahoma Conference for Community and Justice. In 2004, Mr. Johnson graduated with the inaugural class of the national "Connecting Community Fellowship Program" based in Richmond, Virginia. An acclaimed author, Johnson's books include "Black Wall Street - From Riot to Renaissance in Tulsa's Historic Greenwood District" and "Up from the Ashes-A Story About Community". Johnson has received numerous awards including the "Keeping the Dream Alive" award from the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Society and the "Outstanding Service to the Public Award" from the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Human Rights Award from the Oklahoma Human Rights Commission and the "Goodwill Appreciation Award" from the Islamic Society of Tulsa in 2008.
