Join us in July to identify your dominant themes of talent and how to leverage them within your organization. This lab, is presented by Adam Seaman, a Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach. He will teach HR professionals to foster a strengths-based culture. He designed his Talent2Strength approach to guide participants through a complete understanding of their top 5 talents to unlock strategies to reach their peak potential. When people play to their strengths, research show's improvement in engagement, teamwork, retention and quality. You will have the opportunity to take the StrengthsFinder assessment prior to the Learning Lab (compliments of TAHRA).

At the lab, Adam will take participants through the positive psychology of strengths, strengths vs. talents, his unique and highly practical COIN model for moving yourself and others from talents to strengths. Participants will also receive a customized StrengthsFinder report, reference materials and hand-outs specially prepared for this workshop and methods for applying your strengths to your team. Consider bringing team members and organizational leaders as well. Learning Labs are open to non-members and this lab, in particular, would be a great opportunity to share your TAHRA experience with them.

You will receive instructions to complete the StrengthsFinder Assessment prior to the Lab.  To get the full benefits of the lab, you will need to complete the assessment before the lab.
