Millennials in Charge!

Categories: TAHRA Learning Lab

Presented by Nancy Gunter, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Millennials are stepping into the C-suite and other upper level leadership roles and this shift is going to bring about some changes in the workplace. This session will look at some of these shifts as well as a general education of the 5 generations that are currently working together: Traditionalists, Boomers, Xers, Millennials and Edge/Pluralists.

In any conversation you could have 5 different ways of viewing things. Because of this the work environment can be challenging to say the least. This session will give insight into how these distinct generations think and act and why the view life as they do. We will spend more time on the millennials and delve into their leadership traits and what it will be like to work in companies lead by millennial leaders.
