New for 2017! Based upon feedback from our members, we have changed the time of Learning Labs to 2:30pm - 4:30pm.

Join us in January to improve your recruiting and hiring strategies. At this lab Dixie Agostino, Chief Talent Officer at Switchgear Search and Recruiting, will teach members to write job descriptions that serve triple duty, candidate attraction; onboarding; and performance reviews. She will also discuss ways to build a hiring system that can drastically decrease discrimination that is easier than you think. Attendees will also learn how to talk the language of hiring managers, as well as calculate in smart hires YOUR own value to the company, not just cost/time to fill. Step up your hiring game in 2017!

Dixie Agostino has spent the last decade in recruitment and the sourcing, evaluation & pre-boarding of the top level of talent. She is currently the Chief Talent Officer at Switchgear Search & Recruiting, which specializes in finding amazing candidates for Tulsa's best companies. Switchgear is an Fast 40 "Ones To Watch" company that is expert in finding technical talent in the engineering, IT and manufacturing sectors. Dixie was recognized as one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs, Young Entrepreneur of the Year and #37 of the top 50 companies spearheaded by women on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list. She has presented on women in business, entrepreneurship, recruiting, company culture and maximizing employees. Dixie Agostino is an OSU graduate with her SHRM-SCP, SPHR & CPC certifications. She and her husband Anthony have three daughters and a son & live in Tulsa.
