Detailed Description:

What you will do:

  • Act as an informal leader within the broader compensation team on high-priority compensation projects and initiatives.
  • Works collaboratively with the compensation team to drive enterprise compensation processes including benchmarking, pay analysis, and annual short- and long-term incentive and merit planning processes.
  • Serves as a trusted internal consultant and the primary compensation point of contact for divisional senior leadership team(s).

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education.
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of various compensation functions and processes involved in plan design, pay administration, and job evaluation.
  • Experience analyzing, compiling, calculating, and/or preparing job information and market data. Comprehensive knowledge of job information across all business units.
