The Keith Boyd Employer Award will pay tribute to one exemplary Oklahoma employer who has improved oppurtunities for employees with disabilities through all stages of recruitment, retention, and advancement.
Consideration will be given to employers who showcase an outstanding contribution to disability related awareness and reasonable accommodations within the workplace, as well as a commitment to workplace policies and practices that promote equality and full access for individuals with disabilities.
Keith Boyd Employee Award
The Keith Boyd Employee Award will recognize one disabled Oklahoman who exhibits initiative, talent, and determination in their employment.
Consideration will be given to employees who make remarkable contributions to their workplace by way of their talents, skills, and accomplishments.
Keith Boyd Entrepreneur Award
The Keith Boyd Entrepreneur Award will honor one disabled Oklahoman entrepreneur who has developed a successful business despite the hurdles associated with their disability.
Consideration will be given to entrepreneurs who exemplify passion, dedication, and creativity in their business.
