Education
TAHRA highly encourages its members to pursue one of 3 certification designations as an HR professional through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). These designations are PHR, SPHR, and GPHR. Certified professionals are required to participate in 60 credits of continuing education over a 3 year period and submit those credits to HRCI in order to recertify. Continue Reading »
