Rhonda Siex, PHR, SHRM-CP is a Senior HCM & Application Consultant with CS3 Technology. She is a Tulsa native and Human Resource professional with a diverse knowledge and experience in multiple industries. She has hands-on experience leading HR and payroll initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance, HRIS implementations and workflow, training and development, and benefits administration. Melissa Lockhart, SHRM-CP, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director for APSCO, a Tulsa Manufacturer, which has been established as an essential business during the COVID-19 pandemic. Melissa has over 13 years of HR management experience in the industries of manufacturing, engineering, non-profit and hospitality. She also has over a decade of experience working in the areas of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Melissa is a native of Owasso, OK where she graduated high school and still lives today. She received her Bachelor’s of Social Sciences and is a certified Domestic & Sexual Violence Response Professional (CDSVRP), and holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through HRCI and her SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification through SHRM.
Melissa has been a member of SHRM and TAHRA since 2008 and TEEOCA (Tulsa Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator Association) since 2015. Melissa serves on the Oklahoma State Chamber Human Resources & Labor Law Policy Committee and previously was nominated by the Oklahoma Attorney General to sit on the Oklahoma Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board. Melissa has served on the TAHRA board since 2018 as the Registration Chair and VP of Programs.
Melissa and her husband, Chuck, have 3 ornery and hilarious sons: Blythe, Landon and Karsen, 2 adorable Boston Terrier dogs and a fiercely independent cat.
Ashley Harris Philippsen is a systems, culture, and equity coach with over a decade of experience in education, leadership development, civic engagement, and school and curriculum design. Ashley uses her experience to partner with students and families, districts, and partner organizations as they navigate system complexities. Through her career, with roles including Executive Director at Met Cares, Managing Director of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America, and Founding Dean of Students at YES Prep Public Schools, Ashley has developed skills in small and large team management, effective program design and implementation, strategic thinking and planning. As the Deputy Chief of Community Development and Policy at the City of Tulsa, she was responsible for designing and facilitating community engagement processes for urban planning and development, amongst other City initiatives. As ImpactTulsa’s Senior Director of Community Engagement and Advocacy, Ashley partners with teams to drive policy, systems-change, and programs that create sustainable outcomes for students in the Greater Tulsa area.
Ashley graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma. She has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated for nearly two decades and serves on the Greater Tulsa African American Affairs Commission. She is a Tulsa Development Authority trustee and serves on the board at Met Cares Foundation, 9b Corp, and Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
Jackie Ramage graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human relations, including a special emphasis on organizational development. She received a graduate certificate in Human Resource Diversity and Development further underscoring her passion for the topic in her profession.
Jackie currently serves as the Director of People at Brief Media, a leading veterinary media company that develops practical peer-reviewed educational content and point-of-care tools for more than 259,000 veterinary professionals worldwide. Jackie is proud to serve on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at Brief Media, where she leads her colleagues in creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, promoting Tulsa community opportunities and veterinarian focused initiatives.

Nancy is a partner with Exceptional Leaders Lab specializing in Speaking, Training and Executive and mid-level manager coaching. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and an HR consultant. Nancy enjoys sharing what she has learned after spending 35 years with the YMCA working from coast to coast and speaking and training Nationally and Internationally.
Nancy is a member of the National Speakers Association, and holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. Due to her love for adventure and activity, Nancy has traveled extensively reaching five continents and training on three of them. Nancy also enjoys all types of sports and continues to participate in sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman triathlons.
Brittany Currier is an HR Consultant and Business Development professional for The People Perspective. In this role, she helps businesses develop and grow by providing strategic HR solutions to aid with their organizational goals. Brittany graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Sciences through Oklahoma State University and earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2018. She has gained her business and HR experiences by holding roles in Human Resources, Recruiting and Sales. She is passionate about helping strengthen businesses by building relationships and developing people to be their best.
Brittany was honored to be awarded New Professional of the Year by TAHRA in 2019. She has been active in TAHRA for several years including serving on the TAHRA board in 2018 as the College Relations Chair where she worked to increase membership involvement from new and transitioning professionals and serving in 2020 as the Workforce Readiness Chair where she aimed to provide resources and education to further workforce readiness in the community. She is now excited to take on her new TAHRA role as the VP of Public Relations where she will aim to continue to make improvements within this organization.

Shala Andrews, MBA, PHR has been in HR for 10 years and is currently the HR Manager at NORDAM, a local aerospace manufacturer. In her role, she provides both strategic and tactical business partner support to ensure that people practices and systems are aligned with business needs. Additionally, she co-leads NORDAM’s DEI Advisory Council where she is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the company’s long term DEI strategy. Shala also served as the Breakout Speaker Chair for the 2020 Return on Inclusion Summit. Shala holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Oklahoma State University, Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Professional HR (PHR) certification. Shala is excited to serve as TAHRA’s 2021 VP of Diversity and co-chair of the 2021 Return on Inclusion Summit. Shala has a heart for serving others and loves giving back to her community.
Angela Kraft has been in Human Resources for 14 years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Rogers State University. Angela is currently an HR Generalist for Solvay, an international chemical group, where she works with the aerospace and industrial business lines. In this role she serves as the first point of contact for employees in marketing/sales, research/innovation, finance functions and locally for Tulsa’s plant-based employees. Additional responsibilities include staffing and training for home based workers throughout the company’s Composite Materials business unit.
Angela’s previous experience is with Reasor’s where she worked for 13 years in various, elevated capacities including HR, customer service, front office, and training.
Marsha is the Human Resources Manager at CareATC. She has over 20 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries. She obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
Marsha is a member of SHRM, TAHRA, and previously the Vice President - Education on the TAHRA Board. She has been involved with the Oklahoma Human Resources State Conference Program and Volunteer Committees.

Susan McGinnis is the co-founder of BenEx, Inc., an independent insurance agency focused on employer group benefits markets. BenEx opened its doors in 1998 and has steadily grown over the last two decades. Susan is a Registered Health Underwriter, and specializes in advising businesses on their employee benefits, particularly marketing, selection, and administration of health, dental, vision, life, and ancillary products. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and strives to educate employers and employees alike about the value and utilization of their benefit plans.
Susan has also served as President of both the Tulsa and Oklahoma State Health Underwriters Association and earned an accolade of State Health Underwriter of the Year. She is committed to the community and has been a member of Tulsa and Bixby Chambers of Commerce for many years. Served as Past Board Member of Bixby Chamber and earned Small Business of the Year and Woman Owned Business of the Year awards.
Michael Harris serves as a Career Development Specialist for Tulsa Community College. His responsibilities include serving as the lead Career Services professional for both the Tulsa Community College Northeast campus and the School of Engineering, Aviation & Public Service. He has served and consulted on numerous college wide Diversity committees and consistently presents concerning professional career development for students. In addition, he is the current Regional African American Knowledge Community Coordinator for the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, the largest higher education student affairs organization in the nation. He also holds certifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator and as a Certified Career Services Professional. He received his B.A. in Public Administration from Northeastern State University and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Oklahoma State University. With over 25 years in higher education, he has served several administrative roles within student affairs, enrollment, fundraising, training and outreach.
Tanecia currently works for Tulsa Habitat for Humanity as Human Resources Manager with over 8 years of experience in the HR field. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in manufacturing, staffing, and the oil and gas industries. Her skill set includes, Compensation, Management, Organizational Development, Recruiting, HRIS systems and Training. Tanecia also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, and a Master of Science (MS) in Psychology.
Tim has a colorful work history including military service, non-profit work, retail, IT, and a brief stint as a zipline tour guide in Branson. He finally settled into HR Systems and Analytics six years ago and currently works for NORDAM as the HRIS Manager. Along with his HRIS function, he also co-leads the DEI Advisory Council at NORDAM. He is passionate about the role that technology and data can have in improving the employee experience and generating results for both the business and its employees.
He recently started the HRIS Affinity Group through TAHRA and hopes to use his role to help more HR Professionals build relationships within this amazing community. He received his BS in Human Development and Family Science and his MBA from Oklahoma State University. He is a certified project manager through PMI and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
