Nancy started with the YMCA in 1984 as a volunteer basketball coach for 2nd and 3rd graders. After graduating from Mississippi University for Women she worked for YMCA's in North Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, California, and now Oklahoma. Nancy is the VP of Leadership for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa and handles HR, Risk Management, and staff development. Her passion lies in staff development and specifically developing young staff into great leaders.

In May 2008 Nancy finished her Master's Degree from Springfield College in Organizational Management & Leadership. Her graduate project was on retaining the generations through supervision where she did research for two years on the four generations at work, specifically in the YMCA.

Due to her love for adventure and activity, Nancy has traveled extensively reaching 5 continents and helping to establish YMCA partnerships in Zimbabwe and Latvia. Nancy also enjoys all types of sports and continues to play softball and participate in sprint triathlons.

Kristi Spaethe has been in the Human Resources profession for over 8 years. Kristi earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Human Resources Development option from Northeastern State University. Her past experience includes companies such as QuikTrip and NORDAM and she currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for SBS Industries where she is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function. Kristi earned her PHR in December, 2014.

Kristi is very active with the Family and Children's Services program, Women in Recovery, where she regularly performs training and employment related services. Most recently, she has served as an At Large Member for TAHRA on the Membership Committee.

With over 20 years experience in the human resources and organization development field, Heidi has facilitated and led people through all types of change. She has a Master's degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Heidi Hartman is currently CEO of LunaSol Consulting, a firm that is committed to helping unleash the human potential of their clients. Some of the industries she has worked with include; oil and gas, retail, architecture, insurance, engineering, government and not for profit. LunaSol has designed and delivered learning and human resources solutions for executives, managers and employees. Heidi incorporates a passion for people with the desire to see organizations grow and improve.

Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of strategic planning, leadership development, coaching, organizational development, employee relations, change management, communication, EEOC claims, career transition/outplacement services, and teambuilding. Her customized interactive learning solutions provide clients with tools and key concepts for growth. Alyse McDaniel has been in the Human Resources and staffing profession for over 5 years. Alyse earned her Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She currently serves as the office manager and benefits coordinator for Key Personnel where she is responsible for administering all benefits to their internal and temporary staff.

Alyse supports and has been involved with programs such as New Hope and the Peirce Phillips Charity event as well as a yearly participant in the United Way Day of Caring. She earned her CSP from the American Staffing Association in 2012.

Brandon has more than 15 years of experience in HR and Business Management and is currently the HR Manager at SPX Corporation. Previous roles included Sr. HR Generalist for Whirlpool's Tulsa division and VP Branch Manager for BOK. Brandon is a certified Senior, Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM member.

In his career, Brandon has a gained wide breadth of knowledge and experience working with business leaders and their employees. Some of his responsibilities include organizational development, communications, talent acquisition, training and talent development, benefits and compensation analyses, and employee relations.

Brandon received both his MBA and BS in Management from Oklahoma State University.

Switchgear is a Fast 40 "Ones To Watch" company that is passionate about finding the best possible talent in the engineering, energy and manufacturing sectors. With offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Houston & Bogota Columbia, Dixie was recognized as one of Oklahoma's Most Admired CEOs by The Journal Record. She has presented on women in business, entrepreneurship, recruiting, company culture and maximizing employees. Dixie Agostino is an OSU graduate with her SPHR & CPC certifications. Charla Isbell serves as a Manager of Human Resources at The Williams Companies, overseeing a team of HR business partners dedicated to supporting Williams' Corporate Services. Charla graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's of science degree in business education and has completed the executive programs of the Corporate Executive Board's Human Resource Leadership Academy and the Coach Certification Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.

She has been a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association since 2000, Society of Human Resources Management since 1998 and represents Williams as a member of the Tulsa Area United Way Women's Resources group. Additionally, she also served on the Oklahoma State HR Council as the Director of Diversity in 2010 and is a member of the Women's Energy Network of Greater Oklahoma and a board member of Junior Achievement of Oklahoma.

Donna is the Compensation Analyst for T.D. Williamson, Inc. In her current role, Donna researches, analyzes and administers compensation programs. She has over 15 years of human resource experiences. She previously held the roles of Senior Compensation Analyst at Helmerich & Payne, Inc. and HR Consultant III - Compensation at ONEOK.

She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), WorldatWork (The Total Rewards Association), and TAHRA. She has served on past TAHRA Board of Directors as SHRM Foundation (2013) and Treasurer (2011, 2012 and 2014). Donna holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and has completed her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certifications.

Kari Dean has been an integral member of the Tulsa Shared Service Center in the Human Resource's team for over 10 years and is presently the Talent Acquisition Manager for EAN Services, LLC. Kari started in the Management Trainee program with Enterprise in 2000 and worked her way up to a Branch Manager position, which opened new areas of opportunity for her. In 2005, Kari found a new passion when she was promoted to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where she was challenged with finding top talent to fill new and existing spots for a growing market. In 2014, Kari formed the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Tulsa Shared Services Center. Kari earned her PHR in May 2012 and earned SHRM-CP in 2015. She has been a member of Tulsa Area Human Resource Association since 2010.

Julie joined TAHRA in 2008 as our Chapter Management Professional (CMP). Julie provides administrative support to the members and Board of Directors of TAHRA. This includes maintenance of financial records and membership information as well as the day to day responsibilities of a volunteer lead organization. Her most important job, however, is to serve the membership of TAHRA and assist them with any questions or needs they may have.

Brad Helton earned his B.S. in Management, Human Resources, from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and has continued supporting higher education in numerous advisory positions. He has over 20 years of corporate experience ranging from labor relations to human resources, and he is responsible for the Oklahoma Region, managing and delivering management and employee development programs for client companies. He coaches executives and employees regarding their organizations and their own career paths. An excellent facilitator and practitioner of change, he has held seminars with hundreds of managers to improve management, employee development, and employee retention skills. Similarly, he has facilitated employee groups helping them identify strengths for career development. Brad is the ongoing President for an Oil and Gas Recruiting and Consulting firm, and has a background of strategic management and generalist experience in multi-location H.R. management, succession planning, recruiting, training, facility start up and labor relations. His experience spans the telecommunication, consumer product manufacturing, consumer/business finance, and mid/upstream oil and gas industries with Devon Energy, Citgo, CIT, Delta Faucet(Masco), and Verizon(GTE).

Jill Norman is currently the Human Resources Manager for Youth Services of Tulsa.

Jill is a native of Broken Arrow and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1987, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a certificate in Legal Studies from The University of Tulsa in 1998 and completed a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2001, also from The University of Tulsa.

Her background with Industrial/Organizational Psychology has afforded her opportunities to work in various disciplines within organizations, however Human Resources and Organizational Development has been her specialty for more than 18 years.

Jill is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Workforce Readiness Chair for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association, American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, President of the Friends of the M.e.t, as well as, President of the Oklahoma Performing Arts Board of Directors.

She and her husband Clay have been married for 25 years and have 3 sons, Jacob, Ryan, and Matthew.

Christy Ptak, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is Vice President, Human Resources for SageNet, a Tulsa based Managed Network Solutions provider. Born and raised in Oklahoma, and a graduate of Oklahoma State University; Christy provides strategic leadership and change management initiatives for not only SageNet, but also for the TAHRA Board as Certification Chair, and through her volunteer work as a board member for CAP (Community Action Project). She has previously served the HR community as Director of OKHR State Council, and Past President of TAHRA and State Conference Director.
