The Spring 2010 PHR/SPHR Exam Review Course is set to begin January 21, 2010 at Tulsa Technology Center - Lemley Campus. This 14 week course is instructed by Bill Webb, SPHR and utilizes the SHRM Learning System.
HRCI will be implementing new eligibilty requirements in 2011. The last PHR, SPHR and GPHR exam to be administered under current eligibility requirements will be the winter 2010 (December 2010 - January 2011) testing window. Click here to view the new requirements.

Christy has been a member of TAHRA since 1997. She has served as a member of the College Relations Committee, VP of Programs, President Elect, President and Past President and was the recipient of the President's Award in 2003. She has been a member of the Oklahoma State Council for a number of years and is currently in the second year of a three year term as Director of the Oklahoma State Council. Christy obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification in December, 2001.

The Michael R. Losey Human Resource Research Award acknowledges significant past research accomplishments and continuing contributions by an HR researcher to the human resource management field.
How much is the award?
The annual award is $50,000 to the researcher.
What is the deadline to submit a nomination?

On October 6, 2009, over one hundred Tulsa area executives and senior human resources professional came together to explore best practices and strategies for increased diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Leaders in business, non-profits and education shared how to implement and measure, from the highest level, the Return on Inclusion.

The State HR Excellence Award (presented annually at the Oklahoma Human Resources State Conference) is given to recognize and honor outstanding achievement in the field of Human Resource Management. The award signifies a professional who demonstrates the SHRM mission of "STP - Serving the HR Professional" and "ATP - Advancing the Profession".
