Categories: TAHRA Learning Lab
Presented by Jamie Kilpatrick – Chief Strategy Officer at Strategy Suite

Effective management across functions is more important than ever. To maximize productivity, keep engagement high, and achieve your goals, it’s critical to understand the dynamics of your team and your management style. Join us in April as Jamie Kilpatrick shares information on communicating with employees in a way that meets their needs, improving group dynamics and strategic alignment, increasing self and situational awareness, and proactively career pathing and expanding employee capabilities.

At this lab you will learn:

  • How to use data to decode and leverage the unique dynamics and work styles of organizations of any scale, from project teams to large units.
  • How to identify work environment pressures.
  • The importance of treating individuals that you manage in different ways and of coordinating their efforts to utilize each individual’s strengths to the best effect.
  • How to use a people-centric lens to encourage thoughts, such as what do you manage…manage your people or manage the positions.
