This presentation will help human resources professionals understand the nature of stress and anxiety as well as how to help someone manage their thoughts and emotions in order to improve their performance.

At this lab you will:

  • Understand the cognitive and physiological aspects of stress and anxiety.
  • Learn cognitive techniques to manage emotions.
  • Learn behavioral techniques to manage emotions.

Greg Sutmiller is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He is a member of the Oklahoma Counseling Association and the Oklahoma Drug and Alcohol Professional Counselor Association. Greg has provided counseling services for the past 13 years and is a board-approved licensure supervisor. He spent six years directing community-based, outpatient treatment programs. Greg started Evolution Mental Health Services in 2019. Today he spends his time and energy trying to maximize his own potential as he helps others maximize theirs. He loves to help people evolve.
