Ego: Asset or Enemy?

Categories: TAHRA Program Meeting

Presented by Mike Todd, Learning Unlimited CEO & Registered Corporate Coach™

Ego is encountered daily in the workplace. There is a cost, and we tend to think of ego in the negative. Is Ego positive or negative? Or perhaps both? In this presentation we will learn how to manage ego at work. Mike Todd is a Leadership Coach and owner of Learning Unlimited. He explores effective leadership and managing ego with his clients in 1:1 coaching, and group facilitated sessions. Mike draws key insights from coaching clients and his own experience with ego through feedback and practical models from authors such as, Jim Collins, Daniel Goleman, Ryan Holiday, and Patrick Lencioni.

At this program, you will learn:

  • The cost of ego in the workplace
  • Why humility matters
  • Learn 4 warning signs our ego is working against us
  • Leveraging humility to avoid the 4 warning signs

Mike Todd joined Learning Unlimited Corporation in 1999. In 2004 he became Partner and President acquiring operational and strategic responsibilities.
