Emotional Intelligence is the capacity of an individual to recognize their own, and other’s emotions THEN to use this information to guide thinking and behavior to achieve goals. In essence, someone with emotional intelligence is a savvy business person who gets more done through people. While sound strategy is essential, HR leaders need motivated, passionate people to carry out the strategy. In this session, Nicole shares easily implemented tips, techniques, and to-do’s that increase job performance. 

At this program Nicole will share the following:

  • Interpret how the Brains of our Employees Work
  • Discuss Tips for Self-Awareness and Social-Awareness
  • Describe Techniques for Self-Management and Relationship Management
  • Comprehend the Top Ten E.I. To Do’s for Teams

For the last 20 years, Nicole has worked as a coach, organization development consultant, master of first impressions, and leadership trainer in the many facets of business. Her experiences working with all kinds of people led her to found Vibrant Coaching and Consulting. Nicole is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, consultant, life and business coach.

Nicole is a strong coach. She has the “edge.” Nicole holds her clients in high esteem and strongly encourages commitment from them as she makes them ask themselves hard questions that inevitably lead to growth.Whether she is coaching one on one or facilitating change with a corporate, government or ministry team, Nicole’s purpose is to facilitate movement...significant movement. Nicole’s approach to organization development is to energize, influence and impact the client’s goals, situation, problems, dynamic or lifestyle.

Nicole provides strategies, systems and smarts to gain clarity resulting in direction, alignment and commitment. Nicole helps individuals and teams determine objectives, set goals, accurately monitor performance, get motivated, understand how personality types interact, and build emotionally intelligent relationships.

Nicole attended Lenior-Rhyne University graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Professional Organization Development. At Queens University of Charlotte, Nicole attained her Master of Science in Organization Development conducting research on self-actualization and the growth mindset. In addition, she holds a Certificate of Executive Coaching from Queens University.

TAHRA is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. This program is valid for 1.00 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit shrmcertification.org.
