Detailed Description:

  • Recruitment Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and provide coaching and support to managers.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and ensure competitive and fair employee packages.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote a productive and inclusive workplace.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or another related field.
  • + 5 years’ experience in HR.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (Preferred)
