Detailed Description:

What Youll Do:

  • Lead all divisional recruitment effortsfrom sourcing creative talent pipelines to managing internal transfersensuring compliance with EEO regulations and alignment with our values.
  • Conduct interviews, manage pre-employment screenings, and deliver a dynamic new hire onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term success.
  • Partner with employees on benefit education, 401(k) support, COBRA, and leaves of absence (FMLA, bereavement, military, jury duty).
  • Promote employee wellness and engagement through proactive use of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure HR compliance with legal and internal standards across all documentation, programs, and processes.
  • Serve as a key HR advisor to managers, offering guidance on policy, performance issues, and coaching to uphold fairness and integrity.
  • Facilitate training workshops on topics like interviewing, harassment prevention, and leadership development.
  • Contribute to departmental budgeting and serve on certification panels to uphold quality and talent standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management (Safety Engineering coursework a plus)
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a people-first mindset
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment

What to Expect:

  • This role requires flexibility—including the occasional evening hours at the plant
  • Regular travel between Webco divisions
  • Office-based with frequent exposure to manufacturing environments; PPE required on the floor
