Please have your Gallup Insight report available while attending this lab. If you have already taken the Gallup Strengths Assessment and have your top 5 strengths, you do not need to take the assessment again, but please have report available at the lab.
Dina Fox Bio - I am a strength-based leadership coach by training that uses a holistic approach to coaching. I support individuals in all stages of their career growth and development. I believe everyone is on a different path and it’s my job to create a coaching experience that blends both the social and emotional journey along with science-based fundamentals for successful outcomes.
I am a graduate of Oklahoma State University with my master’s in Human Development and Family Sciences. For the past twenty years, I have built my career with non-profit organizations. Most recently, I managed staff development and learning at CAP Tulsa and formerly held the position of Executive Director for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. I am a member of the National Speakers Association, Association for Talent Development (Tulsa Chapter), National Wellness Institute and the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
