Utilizing Team Creativity to Problem-Solve

Please join us at our July Lab to learn how HR professionals can utilize the creative thoughts of their teams to solve organizational and business problems. At this lab, Greg Conder, PE will present a system that strategically identifies critical areas that need problem solving along with unique methods to utilize your team to develop creative ideas and solutions. Attendees will also explore how to communicate, prioritize, vet and implement these ideas and solutions. This system has had proven success in helping organizations enrich workplace cultures, improve internal processes and increase revenues & profits.
At this lab you will:

  • Learn how to strategically plan for fresh and creative ideas
  • Learn how to utilize your team to generate these ideas
  • Experience unique tools for team idea generation
  • Learn how to communicate, prioritize and evaluate these ideas for feasibility

Greg Conder, PE has been working with businesses and organizations for over 25 years and is an expert on the interface between people and organizational systems.  He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).  Greg is the owner of Conder Business Solutions, LLC.  He and his wife, Sherry, live in the Tulsa area and have three daughters, all of which are grown and out on their own.

TAHRA is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. This program is valid for 2.00 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit shrmcertification.org.
