July Learning Lab

Practical Skills Development to Master Unstructured Ambiguous Work

Categories: TAHRA Learning Lab
Presented by Paul Slater

Employees want the freedom to work flexibly, often out of the office, and are prepared to leave their jobs to get this lifestyle. But remote work is often less attractive for employers. They want to be sure that their employees are engaged and focused on work, and are struggling to accomplish this in a hybrid work setting.

This interactive event will help HR leaders discover how to create a high trust/low supervision environment where employees do their best work when no one is watching. This presentation is relevant to any HR professionals with employees who work in unstructured ambiguous environments, who has employees who work out of the office, or who is working on their policy around hybrid/remote work.

At this lab Paul will teach you:

  • How to balance trust and supervision
  • Key Skills needed to be sustainably effective at unstructured ambiguous work
  • How to embed the skills rather than just teach them
  • How to link to High Performance Programs

Participants will need to bring their laptops as there will be an interactive component to the workshop. Wifi setup instructions will be sent out prior to the lab.
