June Learning Lab

As if the Americans with Disabilities Act Weren't Already Complicated Enough...

Categories: TAHRA Learning Lab

Presented by Courtney Bru
Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson

In this interactive session, we will discuss the law as well as the new regulations just published by the EEOC.  We will walk through the change in focus - from whether a person is an individual with a disability to the obligations on employers.  The EEOC and the Courts will be more concerned with the employer's actions and reactions than the medical information regarding any employee or applicant.  Attend this lab and be prepared for this dramatic change.

Please Note the Location of this Lab as it has changed to the Health Science Center at Tulsa Tech - Lemley Campus.
