Creating Environments Where People Thrive

Categories: TAHRA Learning Lab
Presented by Jerrod Murr
Paradigm Shift

As a contributing business partner, the HR professional must be ever mindful of the environment organizational leadership is creating. In  “Creating an Environment Where People Thrive,” we will discuss specific strategies that HR professionals can adopt to achieve a greater level of influence as a business partner, connect with external groups to a higher degree, and ultimately shape the environment within their organization.

Jerrod will share simple steps that can be taken by every HR professional to become an integral business contributor. Company culture and a thriving environment begins in the HR offices. When the human resource department and the organizations’s strategic plan align, employees will more naturally take ownership of their individual responsibilities to achieve the end goal.

The major goal of this workshop is to help HR professionals become more strategic business partners. In order to achieve this, you will learn:

  • The Four Fundamentals of Creating Culture
  • How to Develop a Sustainable Communal Environment for People
  • The Number One Factor in Job Satisfaction, and How to Improve It
