You will report to the Manager of Talent Development and will be located in Tulsa, OK. You will have 5+ years of high-level experience creating content, designing programs, and managing projects. You will be a strategic partner and collaborate with key stakeholders on various talent development initiatives across the organization. You will be a support to the facilitators within the Talent Development team. You will work a hybrid schedule with some days being remote and some days working in the office.

Detailed Description:

What You Will Do

  • Support the organizations talent development goals.
  • Develops training and development content for the organization and provides leadership consultation to employees.
  • Performs an advanced level of consulting/coaching to employees in leadership roles and those identified as high-level individual contributors throughout the organization focusing on strategies for developing and improving managerial and leadership performance.
  • Consult with employees, managers, and senior leadership to define business objectives and improve organizational development resources and processes and provide guidance on individual development plans, talent planning, and career pipeline.
  • Develop and/or update training and development content to ensure business/learning objectives are met, including but not limited to: Business areas onboarding and leadership development programs.
  • Support and facilitate initiatives, workshops, and leader trainings in a credible, influential, logical, and engaging manner appropriate to the audience and the subject matter.
  • May develop, implement, and evaluate talent management plans/programs, behaviors, skills, and/or development frameworks to build ONE Gas culture, capability, and engagement.
  • Support facilitation of team roundtable discussions with leaders as requested; Support leaders in the documentation of their findings.
  • Provide expertise, guidance and mentorship to trainers throughout the organization, to include adult learning best practices, course design, and learning management systems guidance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Qualifications/Requirements

What You Will Need

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, training and development, or related field or the following job-related experience.
    • Experience advising, engaging, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences and employees of all levels.
    • Proven experience in developing, administering, and presenting technical training, organizational development and/or talent development programs.
    • Experience communicating effectively through written and verbal forms.
    • Creative ability to represent concepts and data visually.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and deliver on-time results in an organized manner with attention to detail.
    • Experience developing information, conducting meetings, and making presentations.
    • Utilize Microsoft Suite.
    • Partner with and learn business segment or client organization’s business and priorities.
    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated Ability reviewing, interpreting, and/or analyzing company policies, procedures, and records, equipment manuals, certification tests, governmental regulations and guidelines, contracts, and other technical training documents.
    • Working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.

Minimum

  • Applicable driver's license.
  • Requires travel to offices and job sites throughout system.
  • Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to all levels of leadership within the organization.
  • Ability to give oral presentations.
  • Sufficient to perform job duties.
  • Read and write fluently in English.
