Robert is the Advisory Practice Leader at HoganTaylor. In this role, Robert leads more than 40 consultants in advising clients on a wide range of business issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions, accounting, fraud, and financial reporting. The HoganTaylor Advisory practice also includes IT Services, Human Capital consulting, and business valuations and litigation support.
Robert has more than 30 years of experience as a CFO, including more than 20 years as the CFO of a publicly-held technology company. Prior to joining HoganTaylor, he was the co-founder of a CFO consulting practice providing fractional CFO and Controller services to middle market and lower middle market companies.
Robert is also co-host of the business podcast “How That Happened” and author of the upcoming book, “The 55 Questions to Ask Before You Sell Your Business.”
