Tracy L. Spears is the CEO of Exceptional Leaders Lab, co-author of best selling book, "What Exceptional Leaders Know", member of the National Speakers' Association and Vice President for Transworld Systems. As a corporate culture coach and keynote speaker, she specializes in developing leaders and improving communication among corporate and athletic teams. Tracy received her degree from The University of Oklahoma. She is an accomplished athlete who competed in the U.S. Olympic Festival, played in Japan as a member of the United States National Softball Team, and served 15 years as a National Junior Olympic Coaching Instructor.
