Millennials in Charge!

Categories: TAHRA Webinar Meeting
Presented by Nancy Gunter

Ten years ago, the idea of talking about the generational differences that exist was not that popular…. But 10 years ago, the Millennials were not fully in the workforce! Today they are, and they are taking on leadership roles in many organizations and with that leadership comes change - in many areas.

This session will look at the Millennials in leadership and what they bring to the workplace, as well as, what they are changing. We will also explore what drives Millennials and what that means to our understanding of work.

We will also spend some time discussing Gen Z/Edge generation to see how they are different and what the workplace may look like in the future.

During this session you will:

  • Discover some characteristics and traits that the Millennials bring to the workplace.
  • Understand what Millennials look for in leadership and how they lead.
  • Learn about some of the generational clashes that occur at work.
  • Understand what creates the Millennial generational personality.

This is will be an interactive zoom meeting (you will have access to your audio/video) to explore and discuss with your peers the Millennial generation and their leadership style.
