September Program Meeting

Leading Well: How Unscripted, Honest Dialogues can Lift your Organization

Categories: TAHRA Webinar Meeting
Presented by Daniel Johnson
Manager of Training & Program Delivery at TD Williamson

In a world full of edited TikTok videos, Facebook posts and polished LinkedIn images, does it seem more difficult than ever to create an environment that encourages deep connections? Whether it’s Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs or Gallup’s Q12 – we know employees want more than just a paycheck. The term “Human Experience” is a hot HR phrase but what does that look like in companies in northeastern Oklahoma? What role do HR departments play?  What role do you play? In the September TAHRA meeting, Daniel will lead a discussion and share best practices on how to integrate simple and concrete strategies to generate authentic connections in your workplace.

At the conclusion of our time, participants will:

  • Be challenged and encouraged to lead authentically
  • See how courage and vulnerability can create a competitive advantage
  • Walk away with tangible ideas on how to encourage a culture of connection
