It’s that time of year again! TAHRA’s annual Employment Law and Practices Seminar is set for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Tulsa Technology Center - Client Service Center. This full-day seminar will offer essential education, insights, and strategies to help employers navigate the complexities of employment law compliance and adopt best practices. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay informed and be prepared!
Sessions this year include practical steps for handling employee garnishments, religious accommodation guidance following Groff v. DeJoy, and a proven approach to conducting defensible workplace investigations, including the use of AI. Attendees will also hear the latest on employee benefits legislation, medical marijuana laws in Oklahoma, and how to create compliant drug policies. The seminar will wrap up with an interactive “Stump the Lawyer” session featuring real-world HR challenges and questions from attendees.
