Detailed Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  1. Lead the sourcing and recruitment efforts for mid-level positions in the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to identify top-quality candidates.
  3. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  4. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  5. Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  6. Provide guidance and support to Talent Acquisition Specialist I team members.
  7. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  8. Review job applicants to match their qualifications with employers needs, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training and skills.
  9. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  10. Assist in conducting background verifications for selected candidates.
  11. Responsible for development of recruiting materials.
  12. Maintains external/internal candidate database including data entry, applicant tracking, and interview notes information, and process changes.
  13. Submits and maintains required reports such a new hire reporting.
  14. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
  15. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
  16. Additional duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline: Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Communications preferred; and/or combination of education & experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of active external recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the Intranet, including utilizing social networking sites to source candidates.
  • High Level of knowledge in recruiting practices, programs, laws and regulations; Class II or III casino experience preferred.
