HR Generalist- Benefits Administration

The HR Generalist- Benefits Administration will be responsible for the administration of all employee benefit programs at WeStreet. This will include the compliance related activity with each plan. HRIS administration will be a major component of this role, UKG experience is a plus. Sound knowledge of HR laws and practices is also required to effectively support the team and organization.

Detailed Description:

  • Provide updates on the benefits and project statuses to HR team.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, including annual reporting, including but not limited to, EEO-1, Form 5500, OSHA 300, etc...
  • HRIS management including third party vendor communications, file feeds, etc.
  • Provides oversight for benefit invoices reconciliation and keeps records/billing up to date.
  • Assist Employee Engagement Manager with planning and conducting annual Wellness Fair.
  • Strategically proposes enhancements to benefit plans that drive recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Provide leadership during annual Benefits Open Enrollment process.
  • Administer, interpret and comply with federal, state and local employment laws, as well as corporate policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years' experience with benefits administration with focus on HRIS management
