Detailed Description:

Human Resources:

  • Become knowledgeable in all aspects of the Accurus HRIS system including talent acquisition, time management, human resources, talent management, and reports.
  • Generate job openings, post internally and externally, schedule interviews, run background checks and complete orientations.
  • Enter new employees into HRIS system and third-party vendors.
  • Prepare benefit packets for new employees, collect and enter all benefit into the HRIS system.
  • Prepare quarterly audits of all benefits to ensure coverage and correct premium deductions.
  • Complete verification of employment and child support enforcement notifications.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities as needed.
  • Complete monthly reporting for benefits administration and payroll support.
  • Manage orders for company uniforms and company store, service awards, employee badges, on-site events, and other orders as needed.
  • Any other incidental duties as may be required.

Reception/Administrative Assistant:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Receive and sort mail and delivers.

Essential Job Duties and Functions:

  • Operate computer systems to record, store, and analyze information.
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
  • Operate 10-key calculators to perform calculations and use copy machines to produce documents.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Code documents according to company procedures.
  • Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Any other incidental duties as may be required.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Entry level administration/HR position.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel.
  • Adobe Photoshop.
  • Paycom HRIS.

• Sedentary work; sitting constantly; fingering constantly; walking occasionally, lifting 25lbs or less occasionally
