Detailed Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • Develop job descriptions and posting for all openings.
  • Create and manage applications to adhere to EEO-1 Compliance Post and manage job board logins, content and marketing.
  • Review all applications and ensure timely and professional responses to applicants.
  • Conduct phone screenings for all viable candidates and properly vet for in-person interviews.
  • Assist in in-person interviewing.
  • Perform additional personality, skills, and strengths vetting for all applicable positions.
  • Ensure all reference check, background, and drug screening requirements have been met.
  • Draft and manage offer letters for all candidates and facilitate negotiation.

Employment Payroll

  • Ensure secure and timely completion and storage of all new hire and onboarding paperwork and contracts for incoming employees.
  • Set up new employees in all HRIS.
  • Manage all Time Attendance records for current and onboarding employees.
  • PTO Policy Set Up
  • Supervisory Overview
  • Expense Report
  • Timecards
  • Clock-in Clock out Functionality

Performance Management

  • Manage and facilitate Performance Management system and process, including by not limited to:
    • 90-day reviews
    • Year-End Performance Reviews
    • Mid-Year Performance Reviews
    • 360-degree Leadership Reviews
  • Performance Improvement and Coaching conversations
  • Career Advancement Recommendations
  • Promotional Pay Increases
  • Exit Interviews Retention tracking
  • Build and create Performance Management questions and manage metrics on an individual and company-wide level.
  • Monitor and track employee satisfaction, and ROI on culture initiatives.
  • Manage Organizational Structure and provide theory, and recommendation to meet business needs.

Training Development

  • Oversee all employee development initiatives in preparation, selection, deployment, execution, and adoption including but not limited to,
    • Coaching Performance Management
    • On-boarding and employee integration efforts
    • Interpersonal training
    • Job-skills training
    • Personal development

Compensation and Benefits

  • Ongoing benefits management and education of employees on full benefits package.
  • Oversee all admin updates to compensation, deductions and legal forms within payroll system.
  • Manage enrollment eligibility, forms, and execution for benefits coverages and their providers.

Policy Risk Management

  • Manage forms and documentation for all legal, and company specific, onboarding paperwork, contracts, and government forms.
  • Make regular and necessary updates to the Employee Handbook.
  • Manage signatures and acknowledgments of all company handbooks and policies.
  • Monitor compliance with policy and assist in coaching conversations.

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or another related field.
  • + 5 years’ experience in HR.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Computer Skills:

  • High level of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)

  • Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with others clearly and concisely.
  • Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of the project or task.
  • Organized – Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.

Work Environment:

  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with government, organization, and department policies.
  • Demonstrate reliability supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and punctuality are key to the success for all.
  • Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, various software platforms, and other technology.
  • You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa or Oklahoma City.

Retirement: TEAM matches up to 4% of an employee’s contribution and is fully vested immediately. Eligibility to contribute is the first day of the quarter following 90 days of employment.
PTO: 15 days of PTO (not accrual-based) this is for vacation, sick or personal. The first year of employment is pro-rated based on the start date. First pay period in January all TEAM members (15 days) and leaders (17 days) receive their days in their PTO “bank”.
Paid Holidays: TEAM offers 8 paid holidays per year, one of these days is what we call a floating holiday for an employee’s birthday. This can be used at any time during the month of the birthday.
Pay frequency: Bi-weekly

Other TEAM Benefits:
Long Term Disability: Company-paid. Includes Employee Assistance Program with 5 free counseling sessions per topic per year, per covered dependent.
Basic Term Life Insurance: Company-paid at 1.5x annual salary. This comes with a buy-up at employee discretion.
Short Term Disability: Voluntary benefit. Employees pay anywhere from $10 - $35 per payroll for their coverage election(s) currently.
