Detailed Description:

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide general administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the HR department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, leave, and company policies.
  • Support the coordination of employee training programs and events.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in updating HR databases, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Provide backup for the Tulsa reception desk as needed.

Skill Sets

  • Strong understanding of human resources administrative practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good networking and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school graduate with post high school classes in human resources or 1 -2 years experience in human resources.
