Detailed Description:

Our team is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People Operations Team who will be responsible for partnering with our organizational leaders to develop, execute and manage culture and people strategies in a way that enables business leaders to meet strategic objectives and align with regional and overall organizational goals.

  • Five (5) plus years of in people management, talent development, employee relations and leadership.
  • Track record of sustained success in a matrix service environment with an employee intensive, geographically decentralized business.
  • Four (4) year college degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Strong acumen and demonstrated ability to analyze and report on metric driven people data and recommend action planning for optimal talent performance outcomes.
  • Track record of successfully developing managers/employees/teams at various levels.
  • Work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
