Duties: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external); managing the HR training program and employee Onboarding and Offboarding. The HR Specialist also collaborates with the Director of HR on training of existing employees as well as coaching and disciplinary issues with staff.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and two years of human resource experience, or five years of experience in the HR field or any other relevant equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the Health and Human Service industry and/or Non-Profit sector. Experience with recruitment from entry to upper level management. Dynamic personality, works well with diverse populations, excellent customer service skills.
