Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing, and candidate selection from both internal and external source channels.
  • Adheres to all legal requirements, company policies, and appropriate contractual agreements including required documentation.
  • Will be responsible for research and development of positions generated by the sales team.
  • Prescreening and interviewing candidates.
  • Administering pre-qualifying tests.
  • Recruiting candidates from online employment and social media sites.
  • Addressing employee relations, issues, and concerns.
  • Following affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Recruiter Experience:

  • Previous Staffing/HR experience required.
  • College degree or relevant work experience with increasing responsibility.
  • An untiring work ethic and a desire to grow a company toward its goals.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Prefer candidates who have experience working within a CRM or ATS.
  • Must have strong internet search and social media skills.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and be highly organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
